Beef Kebab Recipe


Ingredients:

1/2 kilo beef sirloin, cubed
1 pack 7 grams AJINOMOTO GINISA ALL PURPOSE SEASONING MIX
1/4 teaspoon AJI-NO-MOTO UMAMI SUPER SEASONING
1/2 cup cubed red and green bell pepper
1/2 cup shallots, peeled
1/2 cup cubed turnips

Directions:

1. Marinate beef cubes in AJINOMOTO GINISA ALL PURPOSE SEASONING MIX and AJI-NO-MOTO UMAMI SUPER SEASONING overnight.

2. Arrange beef and vegetables alternately in bamboo sticks. Charbroil or pan grill beef to desired doneness.
