Cooking Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

2 cups or 200g plain biscuits crumbled
3/4 cups or 150g butter melted

For topping:
1 can 395 g sweetend condensed milk
1/4 cup or 50g butter
1/4 cup or 50g brown sugar
200g cooking chocolate, chopped
1/2 cup or 75g peeled pistachios, chopped

Directions:
1. Combine biscuits and butter then press the dough into a 20 cm x 28 cm rectangular cake tin and bake in a 190 degreeC preheated oven for 10 minutes.
2. Remove from oven, place condensed milk, butter, and sugar in a non stick saucepan.
3. Cook with stirring over low heat for 5-6 minutes or until the caramel is light golden colour and thick.
4. Remove from heat and pour the caramel over the dough in the tin. Set aside to cool completely.
5. Melt the chocolate in a bowl over simmering water then stir in the pistachios.
6. Spread the melted chocolate over the caramel topping and allow it to set completely in the fridge. Cut into diamond shape to serve.

Tip: While cooking condensed milk, make sure to stir it constantly to avoid giving it a burnt taste.
